3rd in A Final
Daniel Ticktum arrived with an 8-point advantage over Ryan Anderton, with Jamie Caroline 39 points back following his Sunday win in Genk.
The Final boiled down to a four kart scrap between Caroline, Monger, Macdonald and Ticktum after front row men Stott and Clay fell back. Monger led for the majority after passing Caroline before Ticktum took over with four laps left.
As the leaders approached the last lap Caroline made his move and grabbed the lead, getting a critical gap when Monger passed Ticktum going into Ashby’s. Monger tried to close on Caroline through The Boot but fell 0.11s short as Caroline took his third win of the year. Ticktum completed the podium ahead of Macdonald while Thanassi Barnicoat passed three karts, including Anderton, around the outside of Boot 1 on the last lap to take 5th.
