3rd in A Final
Having shelled Norris out of the lead group and watched Caroline retire with a flicked chain. The Final boiled down to a three-kart battle between teammates Clay, Anderton and Ticktum with Ticktum finally moving to the head of the train as they started their final lap. Anderton attacked coming through the downhill sweepers towards the end of the lap and as they charged into Devil’s Elbow both ran slightly wide, allowing Clay to make a stunning three-wide outside pass at the penultimate corner to take his maiden MSA triumph by 0.2s from Anderton.
