O-plated Lando Norris took the first Final in fine style from pole position, after a number of place swapping moments with Daniel Ticktum in the closing laps. The two of them continued this pattern in Final 2, and spent so much time watching each other, that they were jumped in the closing seconds of the race by Dan Zelos, who snatched victory by 0.5s from Ticktum, with Norris 3rd.
