Vaughan won a furious scrap for third with Kellett, Nelson, Cuff and Harvey while a little further back fine drives were put in by Daniel Ticktum and Santino Ferrucci who dropped to the back of the field on the opening lap but recovered to finish 13th and 17th respectively.
